You can exchange or return the product within 14 days using the Nova Poshta delivery service or at our central office.

Return conditions:

To process the return, take your passport, check and the product in the package with you.

We will return the money to you on the day of returning the goods or, in case of lack of money in the cash register / on the account of the organization, no later than 10 days later.

We process returns if:

• The product has not been used and has no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs;
  The product is fully assembled and the integrity of the packaging is not violated;
  All labels and markings are preserved.
